Chris is a bad CEO. Unethical business practices being done here at Innovative. They will hold your google profile and your website hostage if you threaten to cancel. If we could go back in time and never sign, we would do that. Really bad experience after a year of giving them money for bad results.

This was the worst marketing decision we ever made. From the beginning, it was all talk and no action. Everyone we dealt with after signing the contract and giving them our money was completely inept. I have proof of everything I'm claiming as well. Save your money and find a real marketing company. They have no idea how to run Facebook or LSA ads and their SEO is a joke along with their "professional" website they build for you.

We finished our contract with Innovative. Spent upwards of 20k. We decide we want to move on and no longer use them after the contract is up. Innovative then threatened to delete our Google business profile and erase all of our progress. They refuse to transfer ownership if we do not sign a new 2-year deal with them. Super unethical practices going on here. Go with Innovative if you want to be stuck with them and have your progress deleted after your contract's done.
